Step 1) Ensure that the machine is running on a circuit with a 20A service breaker supplied.
Step 2) Verify that no other devices/equipment are on the same shared circuit putting a passive demand on the shared circuit which could be overloading the circuit's breaker.
Step 3) Follow the guide for removing the top panel here to so that the cup warmer membrane can be inspected. If any damage to the membrane is found like below, this is likely the culprit. This membrane will need to be replaced by Ascaso USA, please contact info@AscasoUSA.com if this type of damage is found for assistance with a replacement.
*Step 3a) Note if this damage is found, you are able to disconnect the cup warmer from the machine to stop the tripping issue and continue using the machine in the meantime while working with our team for further assistance.
Step 4) If none of the above details resolve the issue, please contact either an authorized technician from our technician list here if the machine is outside of warranty. If this machine is still under warranty, please contact our team at Info@AscasoUSA.com for further assistance!
