Subject: New OPV model.
This Technical Bulletin is regarding the introduction of a new OPV to adjust the pressure of the
coffee pump. The current OPV will be replaced by a new OPV in the following machine models: STEEL UNO,DUO and DUO PLUS to improve performance of the coffee pressure. The current model of OPV has a female-female connection and the new one is a female-male connection. See picture below for more details.
1. Current and new reference for the spare parts:
Current reference – OPV – 41257721 (I.2821)
New reference – OPV – 19102801 (I.2639)
2. Fitting instructions to replace the OPV in existing equipment
To replace the current OPV for the new one, please below modification.
2.1 Modification to replace the OPV in the STEEL models.
To adapt the new OPV to the same place where the old OPV was, the fitting I.5213 needs to
be removed and the new OPV will be fitted directly between the hose I.4048 and the new
OPV.
